| Information: This is the fourth release by this enterprising group, but their makeup is still quite unique to the record listings. Wizards! was formed in 1993 and they have now compiled a library of over 400 double reed ensemble works with 20 evolving as direct commissions. The program is once again wide ranging, fun and eclectic. The composers come from aroudn the globe - Powning (Australia), Holik (Austria), L'Herminier (France), the transcription of the Spanish Albeniz, baroque-German Fasch and finally, the three contemporary Americans. | ||
